What To Expect

Our weekly gathering

The weekly gathering of God’s people is a tremendous blessing and necessity for every believer. It is during this time that the family of God (1 Tim. 3:15) is able to worship Christ and be strengthened in faith together (Heb. 10:24-25).

Worship Service

Our service begins at 10AM and lasts about an hour and half. The service consists of singing, Scripture reading, prayer, and preaching. Our preaching of God’s word is expositional; the preacher explains the meaning of the text and proclaims implications from that text. We sing theologically-rich songs in order to worship God and encourage one another. Celebration of the Lord’s Supper takes place on the first Sunday of each month. This is open to all believers; including visitors, as long as they are in good standing with their local church.

Children

Nursery is available during our equipping hour and worship service. It is for children birth–3 years old. The nursery is led by screened and qualified volunteers as our goal is to provide children with a loving and safe environment.

Equipping Hour

Equipping classes are offered to all ages from 8:30–9:30 AM. These classes are a great opportunity to gather with other believers to train in biblical, theological, and practical skills for life and ministry. Children’s classes are divided by age groups PreK–6th grade and our adult classes are offered to students (7th–12th grade) and adults. All of these classes take place on the west side of the church building.

Fellowship

We seek to provide many opportunities to connect with other believers. There is a brief greeting time during the service. From 9:30–10 AM, our coffee shop area provides plenty of space for connection as well as complimentary coffee. At the end of the service, many remain in the worship center to continue interacting with one another.
