Sunday Equipping Classes – All Ages

Sunday Adult Fall Classes

Class – The Book of 2 Peter

Length – 8 Weeks

Teachers – Mike Dornish and Zack Wayman

Description – We will be looking at the book of 2nd Peter. Peter’s execution is imminent and it leads him to write this last letter to the scattered church. This letter comes several years after his first letter to the same scattered church. Peter wants to prepare the believers to live meaningful and fruitful lives, while not falling prey to the false teachers or those who scoff at their hope. There is so much we can and should learn from this letter to address the issues we are facing in our age. Come and join us!

Class – What We Believe and Our Distinctives

Length – 10 Weeks

Teachers – Mark Kasik and Jed States

Description – Our Statement of Faith and Distinctives are what defines Highland Park and its members.  They are more than a mere catalog of theological positions, but an affirmation of convictions.  It is what unites us to a common faith and reveals a great deal about who we are.  Each week we will discuss one article and how our distinctives support that article.  This is a great class for someone thinking of becoming a member of Highland Park or anyone wanting to grow in their fundamental beliefs of Jesus Christ and the church.

Selah Bible Studies

The Selah method takes the portion of scripture to be taught in next week’s sermon and creates an opportunity to cultivate daily quiet time and gather in small group studies. The lessons are underscored
through the Sunday Sermon.

Selah Groups are small groups where discoveries and insights are shared. For more information about obtaining a Selah Romans Study or joining a Selah Small Group, please contact Shelley Noonan (journey@highlandparkministries.org).
